Why do I have Stretch Marks?
Stretch marks – well you know if you have them!! But, in case you don’t they are narrow slivers that develop on the surface of the skin.
Stretch marks usually appear as reddish-purple wiggly raised lines at first and then flatten out over time. The good news is that stretch marks do fade to a silvery-white colour over time when the blood vessels have contracted.
While they can appear on any body part, they are mostly found on areas where fat is commonly stored, including the hips, thighs, bottom, stomach, hips and sometimes on arms. As if we didn't already have enough problems in those areas!
