Prodejin is isolated and purified yeast that reinforces the dermo-epidermal junction (the thin structure between the dermis and epidermis, which when damaged is the first step in wrinkle development).
Tagravit R is Retinol (Vitamin A), which has been microencapsulated and is only activated upon application to the skin. This prevents oxidation of the Vitamin A so that the formula is more concentrated and contains less degraded retinol which can cause severe reactions.
Vitamin E a naturally derived super-antioxidant which helps to correct damage to skin caused by UV.
Lactic Acid is a type of Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) which increases the water-holding ability of the corneum layer of the skin, allowing for an improvement in fine lines.
What does it feel like?
You have to understand the product before you use it. The texture is unusual as it feels a bit grainy at first – this disappears as the cream warms and breaks on your skin. The grainy bits are the encapsulated Tagravit R or Retinol (Vitamin A). As this is known to be unstable, encapsulating it means that when you break the capsule you release fresh and active Retinol onto the skin and also reduces the risk of reaction with degraded Retinol. So every time you use this product you are getting it at its best.
