Use weekly Remove the mask from the large sachet and peel off the pearl paper. Apply the mask directly to your face and smooth out so that every bit of your skin is in contact with the fabric – don’t want to miss out anywhere!. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. You could work on your pelvic floor exercises at the same time - your body will love you for it! Pop some cucumber slices over your eyes to cool and soothe!
